Stellabit Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Stellabit (the “App”), its global beta, and associated support channels. By using the App or joining the beta, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and age safety

The App is intended for people aged 6 and older. Users under 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. The current global recruitment program accepts adult testers aged 18 or older. Minor mode keeps core habit features on the device and disables in-app purchase, RevenueCat, Google sign-in, Drive, and in-App feedback.

2. Paid App and included features

Stellabit is offered as a one-time paid download through Google Play. Actual price, tax, currency, and promotions are shown by Google Play before confirmation. Core habit tracking, Lumi growth, constellation progress, freely earned currency, reminders, widgets, statistics, and local data features are included. There are no ads, Lumi Pass, or auto-renewing subscriptions.

3. Optional Starlight Cosmetic Pack

Adult mode may offer one restorable, non-consumable cosmetic pack. It unlocks four cosmetic items; each item may also be unlocked separately with free gems earned in the App. Google Play handles payment and RevenueCat verifies the lifetime entitlement. Refund or revocation may remove only items recorded locally as granted solely by the pack, while free-gem unlocks remain. The pack does not affect core functionality. Cash gem packs are not offered.

4. Beta participation

The first application round automatically closes after 20 responses and accepts one response per Google account. Google Forms can accept simultaneous submissions beyond its response limit; selection is managed separately and is capped at 20 confirmed testers. An application is not an invitation. Further applications may be opened only to replace duplicate or ineligible applications or unfilled places.

Selection is not guaranteed. Free first installation and promotion-code redemption have not yet been verified with an independent, non-developer tester account. We verify a legitimate no-charge installation route before sending selected adults a private closed-test invitation and individual instructions. Apply and wait for a confirmed invitation. We confirm each participant’s no-charge installation and account/country eligibility before their test period begins; code issuance alone does not guarantee immediate free installation. We do not ask testers to spend money. In-app purchase test cards do not establish a free first download of a paid app. If Google Play asks you to pay, stop and contact support. Temporary test access and the earned download reward below are separate.

Use the same Google account for the invited group, closed-test opt-in, and Google Play. Group membership alone does not confirm no-charge installation. Participants use the App for 16 days, complete at least five genuine usage sessions, and remain opted in for at least 14 continuous days. Participation does not guarantee Google Play approval or a launch date. Provide truthful private feedback. Do not sell or publish private invitations. Access may be removed for abuse, fraud, harassment, or attempts to manipulate payment, rewards, testing, or security.

Private-feedback thank-you: paid-App download code

Twenty Google Play paid-App download codes have been issued for this promotion. We select no more than 20 adult testers. Every selected participant who completes 16 days of participation, at least five genuine usage sessions, and at least one specific private feedback report about a feature they actually tried receives one code. An observation about what worked well qualifies; finding a bug or making a criticism is not required. Positive and negative observations count equally. This is not a prize draw. Actual purchases, public reviews, star ratings, and positive opinions are never conditions for eligibility.

We confirm completion through private participation check-ins and the feedback report, then send one code to the selected participant’s application email within seven days. No private habit contents or payment credentials are needed. Each code covers the paid App download only, not the optional Starlight Cosmetic Pack, cash, or a reimbursement of an earlier purchase. The promotion is limited to cohorts selected and able to start by February 28, 2027 (KST), leaving time to complete participation, receive the code, and redeem it.

Google Play has scheduled redemption from September 21, 2026 at 00:00 UTC (09:00 KST) until March 31, 2027 at 00:00 UTC (09:00 KST). Redeem before the end time; an issued or emailed code is not itself a completed redemption. Use the eligible Google account and follow Google Play’s redemption terms. We check availability before participation begins, but independent redemption has not yet been verified. Contact support promptly if the code or installation route does not work; do not make a real payment to resolve it.

Codes are delivered privately and must not be sold or published. If an email is lost, we can resend the same assigned, unused code. Loss, expiry, prior redemption, or redemption by the wrong account does not automatically entitle the recipient to a new code. Support will check delivery and redemption issues individually. Google Play manages the redeemed App licence; temporary beta access alone is not a permanent App-download licence.

5. Data, backup, and loss

Habit data is stored locally by default. Adults may choose Google Drive appDataFolder backup. Without a valid backup, data may be unrecoverable after App removal, storage clearing, device loss, or corruption. Backup integrity checks do not provide end-to-end encryption. Users are responsible for their device and Google account security.

6. Orders, restoration, and refunds

Google Play manages payment methods, orders, licences, promotions, and refunds. The App does not store card numbers. Refund eligibility and procedure follow Google Play policy and applicable law. Purchase restoration requires the relevant Google Play account and a valid provider record.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow applicable law and store rules. Do not reverse engineer where prohibited, bypass age or purchase safeguards, submit malicious or unlawful content, interfere with service operation, misuse another person’s account, or include passwords and payment credentials in feedback.

8. Availability and changes

Beta features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed. The App supports habit formation but does not guarantee a particular personal, educational, medical, financial, or fitness outcome. Stellabit is not a medical or financial service. Material changes will be communicated where practical and renewed consent requested when required.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App and beta are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
